Welcome to Einbürgerung Easy. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our German citizenship test preparation platform and services (the "Service").

By accessing or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Service.

You must be at least 16 years of age to use this Service. This age requirement complies with German data protection regulations regarding the age of consent for data processing.

2. Service Description

Einbürgerung Easy provides:

• Practice questions for the Einbürgerungstest (German citizenship test) and "Leben in Deutschland" test
• AI-powered learning with spaced repetition algorithms to optimize your study sessions
• Progress tracking and analytics to monitor your learning journey
• Realistic practice exams that simulate the official test format
• Multi-language support with translations in English, French, Turkish, and Arabic

Important Disclaimer: Our materials are educational supplements only and are NOT official BAMF (Bundesamt für Migration und Flüchtlinge) materials. While we strive for accuracy, we cannot guarantee that using our Service will result in passing the citizenship test. Exam success depends on many factors including your individual preparation and performance on test day.

3. User Accounts

To use certain features of our Service, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete registration information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Promptly notify us of any unauthorized use of your account
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

Each person may maintain only one account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent activity.

4. Subscription & Payments

Free Tier

Our free tier provides limited access to practice questions and basic features, allowing you to experience the platform before committing to a subscription.

Premium Subscription Options

All premium plans include unlimited access to all 460 questions, unlimited practice exams, and all premium features:

• Monthly: €5.99 per month, billed monthly
• Lifetime: €35 one-time payment, access forever

Payment Processing: All payments are securely processed by Stripe.

Auto-Renewal

Monthly subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Your access will continue until the end of your current billing period.

Lifetime Access Terms

The lifetime access option grants you permanent access under the following conditions:

• One-time payment grants permanent access to all current features
• Future major features or expansions may require additional purchase
• Non-refundable after the 14-day money-back period
• Your account must remain in good standing (no Terms of Service violations)

Refunds

14-Day Money-Back Guarantee: In accordance with EU consumer protection rights, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your initial purchase if you are not satisfied with our Service. Price Changes

We may adjust our pricing from time to time. Any price changes will be communicated to existing subscribers at least 30 days before taking effect. Price changes do not affect lifetime access purchases made before the change. Continued use of the Service after price changes constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.

5. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Share your account credentials with others or allow others to access your account
• Use automated tools, bots, or scrapers to access or extract content from our Service
• Redistribute, republish, or commercially exploit our content without permission
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of our Service
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers connected to the Service
• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose

6. Intellectual Property

Our Content: The Einbürgerung Easy platform, including its user interface, design, gamification features, branding, and proprietary translations, is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. All rights are reserved.

BAMF Questions: The official citizenship test questions published by BAMF are in the public domain. However, our translations, presentation, organization, and any supplementary materials we create are proprietary and protected.

Your Data: You retain all rights to your personal data and learning progress. We only use your data as described in our Privacy Policy.

7. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or officially connected to BAMF, the German government, or any government agency. Our Service is an independent educational tool.

While we strive for accuracy in our questions and translations, we cannot guarantee that all content is error-free. We recommend verifying important information with official BAMF sources.

We do not guarantee that using our Service will result in passing the citizenship test or obtaining German citizenship. Test results depend on individual preparation, performance, and factors outside our control.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU HAVE PAID US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses resulting from:

• Your use or inability to use the Service
• Any exam results or citizenship application decisions
• Unauthorized access to or alteration of your data
• Any third-party conduct or content on the Service

9. Data Protection

Your privacy is important to us. Our collection and use of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

We comply with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and other applicable data protection laws. You have rights regarding your personal data, including the right to access, correct, delete, and port your data.

10. Termination

By You: You may terminate your account at any time by deleting it through your account settings or by contacting us. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

By Us: We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or for any other reason at our discretion with reasonable notice.

Data Deletion: Upon account termination, you may request deletion of your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable law.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. For material changes, we will provide at least 30 days' notice via email or through the Service before the changes take effect.

Your continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the changes, you should stop using the Service.

12. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Nuremberg, Germany.

We are not obligated to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board, but we are committed to finding amicable solutions to any issues.
